Rental Tariff

General Instructions :

·                 Deposit - 25% of the holiday price

·                 Deposits are non-refundable.

·                 Full payment six weeks before holiday commences

·                 Discount for longer stays during  autumn and winter months

·                 Maximum occupancy is four  e.g.: (two adults + two children) -(two couples)

Rental tariff :

All prices include : Cleaning at end of stay, towels and bed linen, electricity, use of the two pool areas. Additional heating by means of  gas with one full cylinder at the start. Replacement cylinders are the responsibility of the occupant. Full instructions where to do this can be found in the property manual along with other appliance and general information.
